1. General Information & Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the de999 platform and all services included within it. de999 is an online betting and casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

By visiting the de999 website, creating an account, or using any service, you will be considered to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested not to use de999.

Each person may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the funds held in them may be forfeited.

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination and balance forfeiture. It is your responsibility to notify de999 immediately if any of your information changes.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

Registration or use of de999 services is not permitted from areas where such services are legally prohibited. The use of VPNs or similar technologies to circumvent these restrictions is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is prohibited.

• You are fully responsible for any transaction or activity carried out from your account.
• If any suspicious activity is detected on your account, notify the support team immediately.
• de999 will never ask for your password by phone, email, or chat.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods can be used to deposit funds on de999: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

Funds may only be deposited from a payment account registered in your own name. Use of third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Withdrawals must always be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.

• Account identity verification must be completed before withdrawing.
• Withdrawals may be held while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress.
• de999 reserves the right to review any suspicious withdrawal request.
• If there is sufficient reason, de999 may suspend or cancel a withdrawal and request additional information.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on de999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

de999 offers a 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳12,000 gives you the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times, applied to the bonus amount only (not the deposit and bonus combined). Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, you must complete bets worth ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to exploit bonus benefits unfairly (e.g., through multiple accounts, via family members, or coordinated betting) is strictly prohibited. de999 reserves the right to close accounts and forfeit bonuses in such cases.

5.4 Other Promotions

From time to time, de999 may offer additional promotional offers. Each offer will have its own terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer.

6. Betting & Game Rules

Sports betting, casino games, and other services are available on de999. Each game or betting event has its own rules, which can be found in detail in the relevant section.

• de999 reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet.
• If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error, de999 may void that bet.
• If a round in a casino game is left incomplete due to a technical issue, de999 will void that round and return the bet amount.
• Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, PG Soft, and other game providers have their own payout structures and rules.
• The outcome of all games is determined by a neutral RNG (Random Number Generator) or a certified live dealer system.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the de999 platform and, if detected, will result in account closure and forfeiture of associated funds:

• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Gaining unfair advantage through bots, scripts, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
• Hacking, scamming, or fraudulent activity targeting another user's account.
• Deliberately exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform's software.
• Harassing, intimidating, or abusing other users.
• Misconduct or threats directed at de999 staff.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household.
